| Abstract: | حاولنا من خلال ىذه الدراسة تقييم جودة الخدمات المقدمة من طرف محطات التزود بالوقود بالتطبيق عمى محطة "المخوض ميمة،" وقصد بموغ اىداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد عمى منيج الاستبانة، في جمع المعمومات وتحميميا بالاعتماد عمى برنامج .spss وفي النياية تم التوصل إلى نتيجة مفادىا أن تقييم الزبائن لجودة الخدمة المقدمة بمحطة التزود بالوقود "المخوض" بميمة عموما ىي في المستوي المرتفع، أما من حيث الابعاد فقد لاقا بعديي الأمان والتعاطف أكثر قبولا لدى زبائن المحطة، في حين كان بعدي الممموسية الاستجابة أقل قبولا وبالتالي أقل مساىمة في جودة الخدمة المقدمة بالمحطة، وعميو نوصي بضرورة بدل مجيودات أكبر في سبيل تحسين الأبعاد الاخير |
| Description: | In this study, we tried to evaluate the quality of the services provided by the refueling stations by applying to the " mkhawad Mila " station. In order to reach the objectives of the study, we relied on the questionnaire method to collect and analyse information based on the spss program. Finally, it was concluded that customer evaluation of the quality of service provided to the refueling station was generally high, and in terms of dimensions, safety and empathy were more acceptable to the stations customers, while the tactile dimension was less acceptable and therefore The lowest contribution to the quality of service provided by the station, and therefore we recommend that instead of greater efforts to improve the last dimensions. |
