Abstract

This study aimed to clarify the concept of strategic control and its relationship to the evaluation of financial performance, which helps in identifying deviations and clarifying ways and means of treating them at various organizational levels. The extent of the efficiency of the financial performance of the institution using indicators of financial balance and financial ratios.The analytical descriptive approach was relied upon to select and analyze hypotheses and reach suggestions regarding the situation or phenomenon of the subject of the study, in addition to a case study method when performing the National Corporation for the Achievement and Management of Interrelated Industries _SONARIK_ Fargiowa Unit, during a period of time estimated at three years (2019_2021).
