dc.description	هدفت هذه الد را سة إلى تبيان مفهوم الرقابة الإسترا تيجية وعلاقته بتقييم الأداء المالي، الذي يساعد في تحديد الانحرا فات وتوضيح طرق وأساليب علاجها ذلك في مختلف المستويات التنظيمية وتم إسقاط هذه الد را سة على المؤسسة الوطنية لتحقيق وتسيير الصناعات المترا بطة _سوناريك_ وحدة فرجيوة، وذلك بالاعتماد على الميزا نية المالية حيث تم اختيار مدى كفاءة الأداء المالي للمؤسسة باستخدام مؤشرا ت التوازن المالي والنسب المالية. تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لاختيار وتحليل الفرضيات والوصول إلى إبداء الاقترا حات بشأن موقف أو ظاهرة موضوع الد راسة بالإضافة إلى أسلوب د را سة حالة عند أداء المؤسسة الوطنية لتحقيق وتسيير الصناعات المترا بطة _سوناريك_ وحدة فرجيوة، خلال فترة زمنية قدرت بثلاث سنوات ( 2019 2021	en_US
dc.description.abstract	This study aimed to clarify the concept of strategic control and its relationship to the evaluation of financial performance, which helps in identifying deviations and clarifying ways and means of treating them at various organizational levels. The extent of the efficiency of the financial performance of the institution using indicators of financial balance and financial ratios.The analytical descriptive approach was relied upon to select and analyze hypotheses and reach suggestions regarding the situation or phenomenon of the subject of the study, in addition to a case study method when performing the National Corporation for the Achievement and Management of Interrelated Industries _SONARIK_ Fargiowa Unit, during a period of time estimated at three years (2019_2021).	en_US
