Abstract

The aim of this study was to examine the impact of organizational citizenship behavior on improving the performance of employees at Algerie Telecom Agency Mila. Organizational citizenship behavior is considered an important and effective means of achieving success and growth for organizations, as well as improving the skills and performance of their employees, and hence their progress. To achieve the objectives of the study, a descriptive approach was adopted, and a questionnaire consisting of 45 research questions was designed to collect primary data from a sample of 110 individuals. After analyzing the results, it was found that rganizational citizenship behavior has a significant importance in improving the performance of employees at Algerie Telecom Agency Mila.
