dc.description	هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على اثر سلوكيات المواطنة التنظيمية في تحسين أداء العاملين بمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر وكالة ميلة، واعتبار ان سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية من الوسائل الهامة و الفعالة في تحقيق النجاح والنمو للمنظمات وتحسين أداء ومهارات عمالها وبالتالي تقدمها، ولتحقيق اهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي، وعليه تم تصميم استبيان شمل ) 45 ( سؤال بحثي لجمع البيانات الأولية من عينة الدراسة المكونة من ) 110 ( مفردة، وبعد تحليل النتائج المتوصل اليها تم التوصل الى ان لسلوكيات المواطنة التنظيمية أهمية كبيرة في تحسين أداء العاملين لدى عمال مؤسسة اتصالات الجزا ئر وكالة ميلة	en_US
dc.description.abstract	The aim of this study was to examine the impact of organizational citizenship behavior on improving the performance of employees at Algerie Telecom Agency Mila. Organizational citizenship behavior is considered an important and effective means of achieving success and growth for organizations, as well as improving the skills and performance of their employees, and hence their progress. To achieve the objectives of the study, a descriptive approach was adopted, and a questionnaire consisting of 45 research questions was designed to collect primary data from a sample of 110 individuals. After analyzing the results, it was found that rganizational citizenship behavior has a significant importance in improving the performance of employees at Algerie Telecom Agency Mila.	en_US
