Abstract: | The study aimed to accurately identify ethical leadership and the success factors for the quality of career life ,in addition to studying the relationship ethical. Leadership and the quality of career .and the descriptive analytical approach was used to study the subject ,and it was also relied on a case study through official documents personal interview questionnaire and statically treatment by spss. Y concluded that there is a high level of the concept of ethical leadership among employs, as the existence of a correlation between ethical leaderships an independent variable and the quality of work life as a dependent variable |
