Description: The aim of this study was to identify the relationship of administrative empowerment with the employees’ placement, by reviewing the theoretical literature for administrative empowerment and employee creativity, and testing the impact of an effect between administrative empowerment and employee creativity through a field study at (Sonarik – Fardjioua branch) and to achieve this, a design was prepared A questionnaire distributed to 140 workers from the (Sonarik – Virginia branch) workers, and the percentage was 85%. In analyzing the data, we relied on the statistical package for social sciences (Spss) and the Excel spreadsheet program to test the hypotheses. We used the arithmetic mean and standard deviation. Regression and correlation analysis to prove the existence of a relationship between administrative empowerment and employee creativity
