Description: This study examined the topic of change management and its impact on the performance of employees at the Directorate of University Services in Mila. The purpose was to shed light on the effect of change management on employee performance. The study was conducted on 102 employees at the Directorate of University Services in Mila, and a questionnaire was used as the research instrument. The questionnaire consisted of three dimensions. The first dimension took into account descriptive variables such as gender, age, educational qualification, years of experience, job position, and workplace location. The second dimension focused on change management, specifically studying the first dimension of change in organizational structure, the second dimension of change in technology, and the third dimension of change in individuals. The third dimension ocused on employee performance. The data in this study were analyzed using descriptive statistical methods such as mean, standard deviation, correlation coefficient, and Cronbach's alpha, using the statistical software SPSS.V19
