Description: The present research attempts to give an evaluation study to explore the impact of educational seminars on the elementary school teachers and acknowledge its crucial role in ameliorating and improving their performance and educational skills. To test the hypotheses that educational seminars plays a role in improving elementary school teachers ‘capacities. An online survey was distributed, due to the corona virus shut down procedures, to a sample of fifteen teachers in order to know there personal views and opinions about the hypotheses.The survey results suggests that all the directed teachers agreed on the fact that educational seminars indeed have a crucial role in improving their educational skills and confirmed its positive influence on their performance and knowledge.
