| Abstract: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور الوكالة الوطنية لتسيير القرض المصغر في تكفير الدعـ المالي لممؤسسات الصغيرة كالمتكسطة وأيضا الدور الذي تلعبه ىذه المؤسسات في تحقيق التنمية الاجتماعية كالاقتصادية مف خلبؿ تكفير فرص العمؿ كالقضاء عمى البطالة, كقد تـ خلبؿ ىذه الدراسة عرض مختمؼ الجكانب الأساسية لممؤسسات الصغيرة كالمتكسطة , كلقد اعتمدنا في دراستنا عمى ثلبثة مناىج,المنيج الكصفي ,المنيج التحميمي كمنيج دراسة الحالة. كقد خمصت دراستنا بعد دراسة ميدانية لمككالة الكطنية لتسيير القرض المصغر لكلاية ميمة إلى مدل فعالية القركض المصغرة كالخدمات التي تمنحيا لطالبي التمكيؿ في إعطاء فرصة ليـ لإنشاء مؤسسات خاصة بيـ كانقاذىـ مف دائرة الفقر كالبطالة |
| Description: | This study aimed to highlight the role of the national Agency for the management of the microcredit in providing financial support to small and medium enterprises and also the role that these institutions play in achieving social and economic development through the provision of job opportunities during this study‚ various basic aspects of small and medium enterprise were presented ,we have adobted in our study on three approaches‚ the descriptive approach‚ the analytical approach and the case study approach. Our study‚ after a field study of the national Agency for the Management of Microcredit for Mila‚ concluded that the microcredit and services provided by the Agency to finance seekers are given an opportunity to create their own institutions and save them from the cycle of poverty and unemployment |
