| Abstract: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور بطاقة الأداء المتوازن في تقییم أداء المؤسسة، حیث تم التطرق إلى مفهوم الأداء،أسالیب قیاسه وتقییمه، والتي تعتبر عملیة ّ ذات أهمیة بالغة، لأن القدرة على تقییم الشيء هي المؤشر الأساسي على القدرة على إداراته والتحكم فیه. وهو الدور الأساسي الذي تتمیز وتختص به أدوات مراقبة التسییر الحدیثة بصفة عامة، وبطاقة الأداء المتوازن بصفة خاصة؛ إذ تُعتبر هذه الأخیرة أسلوب حدیث یراعي في تقییمه كل الجوانب المالیة وغیر المالیة، وتقسم إلى أربعة منظوراتتشكل في مجملها معاییر الأداء الكلي للمؤسسة. لتحقیق أهداف الدراسة تم الإعتماد على تقنیة دراسة الحالة بإستخدام مجموعة من المؤشراتالخاصة بكل منظور من منظورات بطاقة الأداء المتوازن مع مراعاة طبیعة المؤسسة محل الدراسة، وذلك لتقییم أداء وكالة مدیحة للسیاحة السفر. حیث كانت النتائج التي توصلنا الیها كما یلي: • تعتمد المؤسسة بشكل عام في تقییم أدائها على الأسالیب التقلیدیة بالإضافة إلى الأسالیب الحدیثة؛ • یساهم كل منظور من منظورات بطاقة الأداء المتوازن في تقییم أداء المؤسسة بإستخدام مجموعة من المؤشرات المالیة وغیر المالیة. • لا تستخدم وكالة مدیحة للسیاحة والسفر بطاقة الأداء المتوازن في تقییم أدائها |
| Description: | This stuty aimed to know the role of the balanced scorecard in evaluating the performance of the institution ,wehre the concept of performance was addressed ,methods of measuring and evaluating it, which are onsiderd a process of great importance,becouse the ability to evaluate something is the main indicator of the ability to manage and control it, it is the fundamental role that characterizes and specialized in modern anagement tools in general, and the balanced scorecard in particular,the latter is considered a modern method that takes into account in its evaluation all the financial and non financial aspects, and it is divided into four perspective that , as a whole, constitute the overall perfarmans standards for the institution To achieve the objectives of the study, the case study technique was relied upon using a set of indicators for each of the balansed scorecard perspectives ,taking into account the nature of the institution under study, to evaluate the performance of madiha travel and tourism agency, whereour results were as follaw : • The institution generally relies in evaluating its perfarmonace on traditional methods in addition to modern methods ; • Each of the alansed scorecard perspectives contributes to evaluating the organization perfarmance using a combination of financial and non financial indicators ; • Madiha travel and tourism agency does not use the Balanced scorecard in evaluating its performance |
