| Description: | The term small and medium entreprises has been associated with the term innovative enterprises and ideas the innovator that the owners are trying to embody in a form small and medium enterprises, but despite their growing economic and social importance, given their economic resources, they are increasingly important, but it still suffers from a range of obstacles, starting from the pre-establishment stage to the stage of development and maturity, this makes them need a range of support structures, most notably business incubators, the company offers an integrated package of facilities to entrepreneurs to help manage, develop and sponsor these enterprises for a specific period of time, so that they can stay and reduces the risks and the chances of failure you are having, they serve as a bridge for entrepreneurs from idea to incarnation and the start of the activity to achieve their own goals. A series of findings were found in this study the most important of these was that the business incubators had achieved a range of results positiven in selected countries in this tudy,especially in the United States of America and China, given their support to reinforce scenarios of the ability to face difficulties and challenges, like Algeria, which is seeking to do more |
