| Abstract: | تهدف ىذه الدراسة إلى معالجة موضوع دور دراسة الجدوى الاقتصادية في اتخاذ القرار الاستثماري ومعرفة كيف يتم تطبيق ىذه الأخيرة عمى المشروع الاستثماري في الواقع العممي ، والتعرف عمى المعايير المستخدمة في اختيار المشاريع المربحة ، بالإضافة إلى إبراز أىمية دراسة الجدوى الاقتصادية في ترشيد القرار الاستثماري .عمى ىذا الأساس تم اختيار دراسة الحالة في الوكالة الوطنية لدعم تشغيل الشباب عمى مشروع صناعة المواد شبو الصيدلانية. وقد خمصت الدراسة إلى أن نجاح أي مشروع استثماري يتوقف عمى إنجاز ىذه الدراسات بدقة ووفق أساليب وأسس صحيحة تبنى عمى إحصائيات دقيقة وتنبؤات تمثل متغيرات المشروع المستقبمية ولكي وتحقق نتائج جيدة يجب أن تتناول جميع جوانبيا بداية من الجانب القانوني ثم البيئي مرورا إلى الجانب التسويقي والفني ثم المالي يتم اتخاذ القرار الاستثماري السميم بناء عمى نتائج ىذه الأخير |
| Description: | This study aims to address the issue of the role of feasibility study in investment decision making and how to apply the latter on the investment project in practice, and to identify the criteria used in the selection of rofitable projects, in addition to highlighting the importance of feasibility study in the rationalization of nvestment decision .It was on this basis that a case study was selected in the National Youth Employment Support Agency on the semi-pharmaceutical industry project. The study concluded that the success of any investment project depends on the completion of these studies accurately and according to correct methods and foundations based on accurate statistics and forecasts representing the future project variables and In order to achieve good results, it must address all its aspects, from the legal, environmental, marketing, technical, and financial aspect, the correct investment decision is made based on the results of the latter |
