| Abstract: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور أدوات إستراتیجیة المحیط الأزرق في بعث المنتجات الخارجة عن دورة الحیاة، من أجل التحلیل الشامل لمختلف المتغیرات المؤثرة في مفردات البحث، تم إستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحلیلي لفهم كیفیة تطبیق أدوات إستراتجیة المحیط الأزرق في إعادة إحیاء المنتجات الخارجة عن دورة الحیاة ، مع دراسة حالة منتج الهاتف الثابت لمؤسسة إتصالات الجزائر، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أنه لإحیاء منتج الهاتف الثابت وجب على مؤسسة إتصالات الجزائر العمل على تخفیف إقصاء بعض العوامل في الصناعة ، وفي نفس الوقت رفع وإنشاء بعض العوامل ما من شأنها تحقیق قفزة في القیمة للزبون |
| Description: | This study aims to show the role of the blue ocean strategy tools in sending external products out of the circle of life. In order to perform a whole analysis to the different variables affecting research terms, the analytical descriptive method is used to comprehend how to apply the blue ocean strategy tools in restoring products out of the circle of life. In addition to that, a thorough study is conducted to learn about the current state of home phone lines that belong to “Algeria telecom ” company. In order to restore the product of home phone lines, this study has found that the aforementioned company has to compromise or eliminate some factors in the industry and at the same time increase the production of other factors that will yield a significant increase in the value of its client and business at the same time |
