Abstract: dans notre travail , nous nos somme intéressés à l’étude de la microflore bactérienne aérobie de la boue activée dans la station d’épuration des eaux usées de sidi merouane , Cette dernière , située dans la wilaya de Mila , a pour objectif de protège le barrage de beni harroune des eaux polluées l’observation microscopique des colonies l’observation microscopique des bactéries ainsi que les testes biochimiques permis l’identification des bactéries appartenant aux familles de xanthomonadacea , enterobacteriacae
Description: The purification of urban water is part of the process of protecting our surroundings and preserving our water resources The establishment of the concrete according to the organization and measures to consider the natural environment. Basidi Marwan Wilayat Mila The method of purification of wastewater in the urban area is through the active sludge where the water is exposed to a strong ventilation that causes the oxidation of organic matter by the air bacteria, which leads to the discharge of the dissolved organic matter and turn it into a material that can be deposited in the sedimentation basin produced by pure water and Other different types of protectors.
