| Abstract: | يحتل قطاع التعليم في الجزائر مكانة هامة بالنظر لكونه المؤسسة التي تنتج الكوادر البشرية لتلبية احتياجات سوق العمل المتزايدة والمتنوعة. وبالرغم من العدد الكبير من الخريجين الجامعيين سنويا، إلا أن نسبة بطالة الجامعيين مازالت مرتفعة هذا ما يؤكد عدم قدرة سوق العمل في الجزائر على استيعاب تلك الأعداد الكبيرة من حاملي الشهادات الجامعية وهو ما يحتم على السلطات المختصة رفع التحدي لمعالجة مثل هذا الوضع خاصة في ظل ت ا زيد عدد الخريجين الجامعيين سنويا . |
| Description: | The education sector in Algeria occupies an important place because it is the institution that produces human resources to meet the needs of a growing and diversified labor market. Despite the high number of university graduates each year, the unemployment rate of university graduates remains high, which confirms the inability of the Algerian labor market to absorb these many university graduates, which forces the competent authorities to take the challenge to remedy such a situation, particularly in light of the increasing number of university graduates each year |
