Abstract:	تناولت الدراسة المراجعة الداخمية ودورىا في تفعيل أداء البنوك، وىدفت الدراسة لمتعرف عمى المراجعة الداخمية عمى مستوى البنوك بمفيوميا الواسع ، والوقوف عمى المشاكل التي تواجو المراجعة الداخمية وتأثيرىا عمى تقييم الأداء المصرفي، ونظرا لطبيعة ىذا الموضوع فقد تم استخدام المنيج الوصفي مدعما بدراسة الحالة بغرض معرفة دور المراجعة الداخمية ببنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية وما مدى تأثيره عمى أداء البنك. وقد توصمنا من خلال ىذه الدراسة إلى أن المراجعة الداخمية أحد أىم مكونات عناصر تقييم الأداء في البنوك التجارية، حيث أن متابعة تطوير معاييرىا يساىم بشكل رئيسي في تحسين أداء المصارف لإنجاز العديد من الأىداف وتحديد الانحرافات وأسبابيا وكيفية علاجيا
Description:	This study examined the role of internal audit in activating and enhancing bank performance, it aimed also to identify the wide definition for internal audit at the level of banks, and tracing the problems faced by the internal audit and its influence on bank performance evaluation, in consideration of the subject’s type we found that descriptive approach was the most appropriate one to use, in addition to the method of studding a case in rder to identify the role of internal audit in agricultural and rural development bank, and how much it influences it. We conclude that the internal audit is one of the most important components of the performance evaluation’s elements in commercial banks, updating its standards contributes in enhancing the banks’ performance, nabling them to achieve a lot of goals in addition to identify the variations, its causes and the method of treating them
