| Abstract: | تعتبر سیاسة توزیع الأرباح في البنوك الإسلامیة من القرارات المهمة بالنسبة لكل من المستثمرین والمساهمین بحیث تعكس الأداء الجید للبنك، وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة السیاسة المتبعة في توزیع الأرباح في بنكي أبو ظبي ودبي الإسلامیین خلال الفترة .2017-2014 وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى تبني البنكین سیاسة توزیع أرباح نقدیة متمثلة في سیاسة توزیع أرباح متزایدة ومنتظمة، وسیاسة توزیع أرباح غیر نقدیة متمثلة في توزیعات على أسهم مجانیة واشتقاق الأسهم |
| Description: | The policy of distributing dividends in Islamic banks is an important decision for both investors and shareholders where it reflects the good performance of the bank. This study aimed at understanding the policy of distributing profits in two Islamic banks; Abu Dhabi and Dubai bank during the period 2014-2017. The study concluded that the two banks adopted a cash dividend policy, which was an increasing and regular dividend policy, and a non-cash dividend policy consisting of distributions of bonus shares and share distributions. |
