| Abstract: | تعتبر الصكوك الإسلامیة من أهم الأدوات المالیة المبتكرة والمستحدثة التي احتلت مكانة هامة في أسوق الأوراق المالیة بمختلف أنواعها وأشكالها، حیث ساهمت في تغطیة الاحتیاجات التمویلیة اللازمة لدعم شركات المساهمة المدرجة في الأسواق المالیة، وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن خصائص الصكوك الإسلامیة، ضوابطها، أنواعها، إضافة إلى آلیات إصدارها وتداولها واستخدامها كمصدر تمویلي. ٕ كما جاءت هذه الدراسة لمحاولة تحدید وابراز دور الصكوك في تمویل شركات المساهمة محل الدراسة والمدرجة بسوق دبي المالي. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الصكوك الإسلامیة تؤدي دورا متنامیا في تمویل شركات المساهمة محل الدراسة المدرجة بسوق دبي المالي خلال الفترة ،2018-2014إذ یختلف دورها من شركة إلى أخرى بحیث في كلا الشركتین: داماك العقاریة واعمار العقاریة، كان هناك تزاید في استخدامها للصكوك كمصدر تمویلي خلال الفترة ،2018-2014بینما في شركة دبي للاستثمار لم تكن الصكوك ذات الدور المهم جدا، حیث كانت قیمتها ثابتة ومستقرة خلال الفترة محل الدراسة .2 |
| Description: | Islamic sukuk (bonds) are one of the most important and innovative financial instruments, that have occupied an important position on the stock markets with its various types and forms. As it contributed to covering the financing needs that are necessary to support the joint stock companies listed on the financial markets. The purpose of this study is to reveal the characteristics of Islamic sukuk, their controls and types, in addition to the mechanisms of issuance, trading and using it as a financing source. The study also aims to identify and highlight the role of sukuk in financing the joint stock companies as a case of study listed on Dubai financial market. The study concluded that Islamic sukuk play a growing role in financing the joint stock companies as a case of study listed on Dubai financial market during the period 2014-2018. Their role varies from one company to another ; for instance, there was an increasing use of Sukuk as a funding source during 2014-2018 by DAMAC and EMAAR properties while in DUBAI INVESMENTS company, sukuk were not that important, as their value was constant and stable during the period 2014-2018. |
