| Abstract: | هدفت هذه الد را سة إلى د را سة مختلف جوانب التحول الرقمي ودوره في تحسين وتطوير الخدمة العامة في الإدا را ت أجريت هذه الد را سة في مديرية التربية والتعليم بولاية ميلة بين فيفري وماي 2025 اعتمدنا على المنهج. الوصفي التحليلي لوصف الظاهرة وتحليلها بناءا على الأسئلة المطروحة في الد ا رسة، وللإجابة على هذه الاسئلة، اعتمدنا على مجموعة من الأدوات، بما في ذلك الملاحظة والاستبيان وبرنامج SPSS وبرنامج Excel ، لتحليل بيانات الد ا رسة وجمعها، توصلنا إلى أن التحول الرقمي يلعب دو را حاسما في تطوير الخدمة العامة في الإدا را ت ورفع مستواها وتحسينها. ومن أهم ما توصلت إليه الد را سة: تعزيز الابتكار المؤسسي من خلال التطو را ت الخدماتية الجديدة وتكيفاتها مع احتياجات المستخدمين |
| Description: | This study aimed to investigate various aspects of digital transformation and its role in improving and developing public service in administrations. This study was conducted at the Directorate of Education in Mila Province between February and May 2025. We relied on a descriptive analytical approach to describe and analyze the phenomenon based on the questions posed in the study. To answer these questions, we relied on a set of tools, including observation, interviews, questionnaires, SPSS, and Excel, to analyze study data and collect data. We concluded that digital transformation plays a critical role in developing, upgrading, and improving public service in administrations.One of the main findings of the study is the enhancement of institutional innovation through new service developments and their adaptation to users' needs. |
