| Abstract: | هدفت الد را سة إلى تحليل دور الإدارة الإلكترونية في تحسين الإبداع التنظيمي داخل المركز الجامعي عبد الحفيظ بوالصوف ميلة اعتمدت الد را سة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدمت أداة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات من عينة مكونة من 44 موظفًا، أظهرت النتائج وجود تأثير إيجابي وملحوظ للإدارة الإلكترونية على مستوى الإبداع التنظيمي، حيث ساعدت في تسهيل التواصل وتنظيم العمل وتعزيز بيئة محفزة للابتكار |
| Description: | The study aimed to analyze the role of e-management in enhancing organizational creativity within the University Center Abdelhafid Bouchelf Mila. The study relied on the descriptive-analytical method and used a questionnaire as a data collection tool from a sample of 44 employees. The results showed a positive and significant impact of e-management on the level of organizational creativity, as it helped facilitate ommunication, organize work, and promote an environment that encourages innovation. |
