Abstract: This study aimed to examine the impact of the hybrid work system, focusing on its implementation, flexibility, and effect on professional performance, in relation to job satisfaction among faculty members. The research was conducted through a field study involving professors from the Institute of Economic, Commercial, and Management Sciences at Abdelhafid Boualçouf University Center in Mila, using a questionnaire as the primary data collection tool.Findings revealed that the flexibility of the hybrid work system positively influences faculty members’ job satisfaction, significantly enhancing their overall contentment. Additionally, the hybrid work arrangement was found to support a healthy balance between work demands and personal life, reducing stress and fostering harmony across different life aspects, while highlighting opportunities for further improvement in support mechanisms.The study also confirmed a statistically significant relationship between the adoption level of the hybrid work system and job satisfaction within the institution under study.
