| Abstract: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح أثر الذكاء الاصطناعي في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي، بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة. للوصول إلى تحقيق هدف الدراسة و اتبعنا المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري و المنهج التحليلي في الجانب التطبيقي ، تم استخدام استبيان كأداة للدراسة حيث وزع 30 استبيان بمعهدالعلوملاقتصاديةوالتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة عبد الحفيظ بوالصوف ميلة، كما تم استخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية SPSS من اجل تحليل البيانات واختبار صحة الفرضيات توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى انه يوجد مستوى مرتفع لكل من الذكاء الاصطناعي والأداء الوظيفي في المؤسسة الميدانية محل الدراسة، كما تم التوصل إلى وجود اثر إيجابي ذو دلالة إحصائية للذكاء الاصطناعي على تحسين الأداء الوظيفي بمعهد العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة ميلة. |
| Description: | This study aims to examine the impact of artificial intelligence on enhancing job performance within the nstitution under study. To achieve this objective, a descriptive methodology was employed for the theoretical framework, while an analytical approach was adopted for the practical component. A questionnaire was used as the primary data collection tool, with 30 copies distributed at the Institute of Economic, Commercial, and Management Sciences at Abdelhafid Boussouf University in Mila. The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) was utilized to analyze the collected data and test the validity of the proposed hypotheses. The study's findings Indicate a high level of both artificial intelligence integration and job performance within the targeted institution. Furthermore, the results demonstrate a statistically significant positive impact of artificial intelligence on the enhancement of job performance at the aforementioned institute. |
