| Abstract: | تتناول هذه الأطروحة موضوع دور تطبيق ستة سيجما في تحقيق جودة الخدمة التعليمية بالمركز الجامعي ميلة، ومن متطلبات تطبيق ستة سيجما نذكر: تحديد العمليات الموجودة في المنظمة واستخراج المحددات الحرجة للجودة ومن ثم استخدامها كمعيار لقياس الانحرافات ثم إتخاد الاجراءات التصحيحية والرقابة عليها. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور تطبيق معايير ستة سيجما في تحسين جودة الخدمات التعليمية بالمركز الجامعي عبد الحفيظ بولصوف-ميلة-، استخدمت الدراسة أداة "الاستبانة" على( )165استاذ وعمال إداريين بالمركز الجامعي ميلة المعنية بالدراسة ، وتم اختيارهم بشكل عشوائي، حيث تمت معالجتها عن طريق برنامج SPSSباستخدام معامل الارتباط ، كما اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحقيق الأهداف المسطرة. خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية بين تطبيق معايير ستة سيجما و تحسين جودة الخدمات التعليمية، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة بين معايير ستة سيجما و تحقيق جودة الخدمات التعليمية. وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة أن تتبنى المؤسسة التعليمية معايير ستة سيجما لما لها من دور كبير في تحسين جودة الخدمات التعليمية |
| Description: | This thesis deals with the role of implementing six sigma in achieving the quality of educationnal service at the university center in mila, six sigma requirements include identifying the processes organization and extracting critical determinants of quality and then used as a standard for measuring deviations and taking procedure corrective and control The present study aimed to identify the role of applying Six Sigma standards in achieving the quality of educational service in university centre abdelhafid boussouf،The study employed the "questionnaire" tool on 165 teachers and employees at the center university in mila, they were randomly selected. The study Used the SPSS as a tool to analyze the data collected through multiple regressions. The study also relied on the descriptive analytical approach to achieve the university goals. The study concluded that there is a statistically significant effect between the implementation of the Six Sigma standards and the achieving of the quality of educational services. The study also found a relationship between the Six Sigma standards and achieving the quality of educational services. Studies have recommended that the institition adopt six sigma standards because of their great role in achieving the quality of educationa service, |
