| Abstract: | تهدف ىذه الدراسة إلى محاولة تحميل دور السياسة المالية في معالجة البطالة وتقميصيا بالجزائر، وذلك من خلال إبراز تطور أدواتيا والمتمثمة في السياسة الضريبية، الإنفاق العام، القروض العامة وعجز الموازنة ومساىمتيا في خمق مناصب الشغل ومنو تخفيض معدلات البطالة، ومنو قسمنا الدراسة إلى ثلاث فصول، تناولنا في الفصل الأول أساسيات حول البطالة، والفصل الثاني الإطار النظري لمسياسة المالية ، أما الفصل الثالث تناولنا فيو دور أدوات السياسة المالية في معالجة مشكمة البطالة، وتوصمت الدراسة إلى أن بالرغم من فعالية أدوات ىذه السياسة في تخفيض معدلات البطالة إلى أن مستوياتيا في الآونة الأخيرة، إلا أنيا مازالت تحتاج إلى تقويم من أجل التعديل فيييكل القوى العاطمة الذي مازال يمثل الشباب الفئة الغالبة عميو وبصفة خاصة المتعممين وخريجي الجامعات |
| Description: | Our study aims to analyse the role of fiscal policy in the fight against, the unemployment problem in algeria.and highlight de developement of thier tools and public spendung and the recovery axis and thier contribution to job creation and the reduction of unempoyment,we divide into three chapter. In the first chapter we have discussed the reality and evolution of unemployment in algeria,in the second we talked about the conceptuel fram work of the fiscal policy, chapter three deals with role of spending programs and the tax of incentive in combating unemployment. I∙m styding to find that although the tools of this policy are effective in reducing unemplyment they are in at thier lowest levels recently,but they still need a timetable to change the pattern of anthority adopted specialy graduated and colleges trained. |
