| Abstract: | هدفت هذه الدراسـة إلـى معرفـة مسـاهمة القیـادة الإسـتراتیجیة فـي تحسـین الأداء المـالي فـي المؤسسـة الاقتصادیة، من خلال مهام القیادة الإستراتیجیة والمتمثلة في تحدیـد التوجـه الاسـتراتیجي، اكتشـاف المقـدرة الجوهریـة والمحافظـة علیهـا، تطـویر رأس المـال البشـري، التأكیـد علـى ٕ ممارسـات الأخلاقیـة وارسـاء أسـس نظام متوازن للرقابة التنظیمیة. وتم التطرق لتحسین الأداء المالي والتعرف على أهم مؤشراته. ولتحقیـق أهـداف الدراسـة تـم الاعتمـاد علـى تقنیـة دراسـة حالـة باسـتخدام أداة الاسـتبیان للتعـرف علـى تصورات إطارات موظفین مؤسسـة مطـاحن بنـي هـارون- فرجیـوة نحـو القیـادة الإسـتراتیجیة ومسـاهمتها فـي تحسین الأداء المالي، حیـث شـملت الدراسـة عینـة مكونـة مـن 51موظـف، وبعـد التحلیـل باسـتخدام برنـامج التحلیل الإحصائي ،SPSS V 20توصلنا إلى النتائج التالیة: *یساهم تحدید التوجه الاستراتیجي في تحسین الأداء المالي؛ * تساهم اكتشاف المقدرة الجوهریة والمحافظة علیها في تحسین الأداء المالي؛ * یساهم تطویر رأس المال البشري في تحسین الأداء المالي؛ * یساهم التأكید على ممارسات الأخلاقیة في تحسین الأداء المالي؛ * یساهم إرساء أسس نظام متوازن للرقابة التنظیمیة في تحسین الأداء المالي |
| Description: | The objective of this study is to identify the contribution of the strategic leadership in improving the financial performance of the economic institution through the strategic leadership functions of determining the strategic direction. discovering and maintaining the core competency, developing human capital. Emphasizing ethical practices and establishing a balanced system of regulatory control, And discussed the improvement of financial performance and identify the most important indicators. In order to achieve the objectives of the study. A case study technique was used using the questionnaire tool to identify the scenarios of the staff of the Ben Haroun-Farajwa Mills Company towards strategic leadership its contribution to improving financial performance, The study included a sample of 51 employees. After analysis using SPSSv20, We found the following results: *The identification of strategic direction of improved financial performance; *The discovery and maintenance of core competence contributes to improved financial performance; *The development of human capital contributes to improved financial performance; *Emphasis on ethical practices in improving financial erformance; *The establishment of a balanced regulatory system contributes to improved financial performance |
