Description: The study aimed to highlight the role of digitization in improving the quality of services provided. For this purpose, "Abdelhafid Boussouf University Center in Mila" was selected for the field study. This study relied on the descriptive-analytical method and utilized a questionnaire distributed to 107 individuals working in this institution. Data analysis and hypothesis testing were conducted using SPSS software, version 27, with various statistical methods. The study concluded that digitization plays a role in enhancing the quality of services provided at Abdelhafid Boussouf University Center in Mila .
