| Abstract: | تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة دور إدارة المعرفة في تعزيز الكفاءات المحورية في المركز الجامعي عبد الحفيظ بوالصوف –ميلة-، من خلال دراسة العلاقة بين إدارة المعرفة بأبعادها (متطلبات إدارة المعرفة، عمليات إدارة المعرفة واستراتيجيات إدارة المعرفة) والكفاءات المحورية ككتلة واحدة، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة الميدانية اعتمدنا على الاستبانة في جمع البيانات، بحيث شملت عينة الدراسة %35من أساتذة المركز الجامعي عبد الحفيظ بوالصوف –ميلة- حيث بلغ عدد عينة الدراسة 202أستاذ، أما في تحليل البيانات فتم الاعتماد على معامل الارتباط ونموذج الانحدار البسيط، لإبراز العلاقة بين إدارة المعرفة بأبعادها (متطلبات وعمليات واستراتيجيات إدارة المعرفة) والكفاءات المحورية. توصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إدارة المعرفة والكفاءات المحورية، وقد تم التوصل في الأخير إلى عدم وجود تعزيز للكفاءات المحورية في المركز الجامعي عبد الحفيظ بوالصوف -ميلة- |
| Description: | The aim of the study is to determine the role of knowledge management in improving core competencies in Abdelhafid Boussouf Centre University- Mila, by studying the relationship between knowledge management and its dimensions (Knowledge Management Requirements, Knowledge management processes, Knowledge management strategies) and core competencies as a one block. To achieve the aim of the study, we relied on a questionnaire to collect the data. The study sample included 53% of the professors of Abdelhafid Boussouf Centre University- Mila, where's the sample of the study included 202 professors. In the data analysis, correlation coefficient and simple regression model were used to highlight the relationship between knowledge management and its dimensions, and core competencies as well. Through this study, we reached some results, which are: The existence of a statistically significant relationship between knowledge management and core competencies.
