| Abstract: | تعالج هذه المذكرة موضوع تحليل هيكل الصناعة وفق نمــــــــوذج القوى الخمسة التـــــي وضعها ،Porterوتتناول قطاعا مهما وهو الصناعة الدوائية في الجزائر، حيث تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على واقع الصناعة الدوائية الجزائرية وتحليل هيكلها الصناعي وإبراز مختلف قوى المنافسة الخمسة التي جاء بها Porterوكيف تؤثر على هذا الهيكل. ومن أجل دراسة ومعالجــة مختلف جوانب الموضوع، تم الإعتماد على مناهج بحث متعددة، المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التاريخــــي والمنهج التحليلي، بالإضافة إلــــى الإعتماد على أسلوب دراسة الحالة. من جهة أخرى، تم جمع البيانات المتعلقة بالد ارسة من مجموعة من المصادر تتمثل أساسا في الكتب، مقالات وتقارير..إلخ، كمـــــا تم الإعتماد فـــــي تحليل بعض البيانات علــــى مؤشرات إحصائيـــة مثل مؤشر نسبة التركز، مؤشر هيرفندال هيرشمان، منحنى لورنز. وتوصلت الد ارسة إلى أن إعتماد مدخل القوى الخمسة لـ Porterلتحليل هيكل الصناعة الدوائية في الجزائر يؤدي إلى إظهار الفرص التي يجب إستغلالها والتهديدات الواجب تجنبها والعمل على إيجاد حلول لها بالإضافة إلى تحديد الخصائص التي تتميز بها هذه الصناعة ومختلف القوى التي تؤثر عليها |
| Description: | This thesis dealt with the analysis of the industry structure according to the five forces model developed by Porter. The study dealt with an important sector, which is the pharmaceutical industry in Algeria and aimed to examine the reality of the Algerian pharmaceutical industry and analyze its structure, and highlight the various Porter’s five competition forces and how it affects the structure. A multiple methods research was included to address the various aspects of the study, such as Descriptive method, Historical Approach, Analytical approach, in addition to case study. Data were collected from multiple sources, such as books, article, reports…ect. The analysis of some data was based on statistical indicators such as; Concentration Ratio, Herfindahl Hirschman Index, Lorenz Curve. The study demonstrated that using Porter's five-force approach to analyze the structure of the pharmaceutical industry in Algeria leads to create new opportunities that should be exploited, and helps to discover threats that should be avoided, as well as identifying the characteristics of the industry and the various forces that influence them |
