| Abstract: | تكنولوجيا المعلومات الحديثة لها دورا رئيسيا في إحداث التحولات المختلفة في العمل الإداري، حيث ساهمت في تطوير الكثير من مراحل العمل الإداري وتطوير أساليبه وتوفير المعلومات في الوقت المناسب وبأقل تكلفة، وهناك العديد من المزايا التي تمنحها تكنولوجيا المعلومات الحديثة للعمل الإداري من خلال تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية، ولقد هدفت هده الدراسة إلى التعرف على مساهمة الإدارة الالكترونية في حل المشاكل التقليدية للإدارة بالمركز الجامعي عبد الحفيظ بوالصوف- ميلة-، وقسمت هده الدراسة إلى ثلاث فصول، حيث تناولنا في الفصل الأول مدخل للإدارة ووظائفها، أما الفصل الثاني جاء فيه مدخل للإدارة الالكترونية مساهمتها في حل المشاكل التقليدية للإدارة، وأخيرا الفصل الثالث الجانب التطبيقي الذي تناولنا فيه دراستنا والنتائج التي تم التوصل إليها |
| Description: | Modern information technology played a vital role in the various transformations in administrative work, and played a great part in the development for many stages of administrativework and developed its methods and provides information in a short period and at a low cost. There are many advantages that modern information technology grants to administrative work through the application of electronic management. This study aimed to identify the contribution of electronic management in solving traditional difficulties of management in the university center Abdelhafid Boussouf –mila. This study was divided into three chapters, the first chapter dealt with an introduction to administration and its functions, the second chapter was about an introduction of electronic management and its contribution to solving the traditional problems of management. Finally, the third chapter deals with the practical aspect of our study and the various conclusions reached. |
