Abstract: This study examines the impact of the blue ocean Strategy (BOS) on promoting creative thinking within organizations,partisularly for international sompanies. BOS presents a framework for transcending tradtional competition by creating entirely new markets through innovqtion is: How does the blue Ocean strategy centribute to fosternring creative thinking in organizations? toinderstand this relationship, the research enploys a three-pronged approach, first. It establishes the theoretical foundation of BOS . second, it explores the theoretical framework for creative thinking and innovation. Finally, the stiudy analyzes real-world examples from a sample of imirnational companies that have adopted BOS. The analysis reveals that BOS enphaszes customer and shareholder satisfaction achieved through innovation, Companies that embrace this strategy candeliver inique solutions, strengthen their market position and transform their industries.
