| Abstract: | تهدف هذه الدرا سة إلى إبرا ز دور المناولة الصناعية في دعم المؤسسات الناشئة، مع التركيز على حالة مؤسسة ABS ئرلصناعة الآلات الصناعية في الجزا زئر. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لفهم كيفية تأثير المناولة الصناعية على تحسين الكفاءة الانتاجية، وتقليل التكاليف، وتعزيز الجودة، بالإضافة إلى دعم التوسع والنمو المستدام للمؤسسات الناشئة. من خلال تحليل شامل لمختلف المتغيرا ت المؤثرة ود را سة الحالة الخاصة بمؤسسة ABS ، تبين أن اعتماد نظام المناولة الصناعية ساهم بشكل كبير في تعزيز قدرة المؤسسة على الابتكار وتحقيق التنافسية في السوق. ولخصت الد را سة إلى أن المناولة الصناعية توفر فوائد متعددة تشمل تحسين عمليات الإنتاج، زيادة الكفاءة، وتحقيق الاستقرا ر المالي، مما يعزز من فرص المؤسسات الناشئة في تحقيق النجاح والنمو المستدام |
| Description: | This study investigates the role of industrial subcontracting in fostering the success of startups, with a specific focus on the Algerian machinery manufacturing company ABS. Employing a descriptive-analytical approach, the research explores how industrial subcontracting impacts production efficiency, cost reduction, quality improvement, and ultimately, supports the sustainable growth of startups. The analysis considers various influencing factors and utilizes a case study of ABS to illustrate the impact of subcontracting.The findings reveal that adopting an industrial subcontracting system significantly enhances a company's innovative capacity and market competitiveness. The study concludes that industrial subcontracting offers startups a multitude of benefits, including streamlined production processes, increased efficiency, and improved financial stability. These factors collectively contribute to a higher likelihood of startup success and sustainable growth. |
