dc.description	This study investigates the role of industrial subcontracting in fostering the success of startups, with a specific focus on the Algerian machinery manufacturing company ABS. Employing a descriptive-analytical approach, the research explores how industrial subcontracting impacts production efficiency, cost reduction, quality improvement, and ultimately, supports the sustainable growth of startups. The analysis considers various influencing factors and utilizes a case study of ABS to illustrate the impact of subcontracting.The findings reveal that adopting an industrial subcontracting system significantly enhances a company's innovative capacity and market competitiveness. The study concludes that industrial subcontracting offers startups a multitude of benefits, including streamlined production processes, increased efficiency, and improved financial stability. These factors collectively contribute to a higher likelihood of startup success and sustainable growth.	en_US
