Description: This study aimed to determine the impact of intellectual capital, with its dimensions - human capital, structural capital, and relational (customer) capital - in enhancing creative behavior among employees of the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development - BADR - Mila.To achieve the objectives of the study, we designed a questionnaire to collect primary data from a sample consisting of (70) employees at the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development in the state of Mila. The study data was processed, analyzed, and the study hypotheses were tested according to the descriptive analytical approach, and using statistical tools for the social sciences. (SPSS,22)One of the most important findings of this study is the presence of a significant effect of intellectual capital (human capital, structural capital, and relational (customer) capital) in enhancing creative behavior among employees of the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development - BADR - Mila, at a significance level of (0.05). The research also found that relational (customer) capital is the most influential dimension of creative behavior in the Bank of Agriculture and Development rural than other dimensions.
