Abstract

The aim of this study was to highlight the role of stock exchange financing in stimulating small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). This market provides flexible and accessible conditions for listing, which are suitable for the characteristics of SMEs.It addresses the problem of these enterprises not being able to enter the main market (large projects market).The study examined international experiences of establishing and activating such markets, including the French ALTERNEXT market and the Nile Stock Exchange in Egypt.
