dc.description	هدفت هذه الد را سة إلى إبرا ز دور التمويل عن طريق البورصة في تنشيط المؤسسات الصغيرة اولمتوسطة إذ تحتوي هذه السوق على شروط مرنة وميسرة للإد را ج فيها، والتي تتناسب وخصائص المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، حيث تعالج مشكلة عدم استطاعة هذه المؤسسات الدخول الى السوق الرئيسي )سوق المشروعات الكبيرة(. وقد تمت الد را سة على تجارب دولية قامت بإنشاء هذه الأسواق وتفعيلها منها سوق ALTERNEXT LTERNEXT الفرنسي وبورصة النيل المصرية. توصلت هذه الد راسة الى أن معظم الدول النامية لم تنجح في هذه التجربة وذلك بسبب عدة عرا قيل ومن بين هذه الدول "الجزا ئر"، حيث قامت بإنشاء هذه السوق سنة 2102 ، ومنذ انشاءها شهدت ادرا ج مؤسسة واحدة فقط "اوم انفست	en_US
dc.description.abstract	The aim of this study was to highlight the role of stock exchange financing in stimulating small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). This market provides flexible and accessible conditions for listing, which are suitable for the characteristics of SMEs.It addresses the problem of these enterprises not being able to enter the main market (large projects market).The study examined international experiences of establishing and activating such markets, including the French ALTERNEXT market and the Nile Stock Exchange in Egypt. The study found that most developing countries have not succeeded in implementing this experiment due to several obstacles. Among these countries is Algeria, which established this	en_US
