| Abstract: | لنظم المعلومات الإدارية دور كبير في إعداد و دعم إستر ا تيجية المؤسسة، كونها تساند الإدارة في القيام بمختلف وظائفها إنطلاقا من الجانب التشغيلي وصولا إلى الجانب الإسترا تيجي، و تهدف د را ستنا إلى التعرف على أثر نظم المعلومات الإدارية في مؤسسة الصندوق الوطني للتأمينات الإجتماعية للعمال الأجر ا رء وكالة ميلة،حيث إتبعت الد را سة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، و إستخدام الإستبيان كأداة للد را سة حيث يحتوي على ( 37 ( عبارة، وزع على ) 50 ( فردا و بالإعتماد على مخرجات برنامج SPSS خلصت الد را رسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أبرزها:لنظم المعلومات الإدارية أثر على إستر اتيجية مؤسسة الصندوق الوطني للتأمينات الإجتماعية للعمال الأجرا ء وكالة ميلة )أي للمعلومات و البيانات و الأفرا د و الأجهزة و البرمجيات و الإتصالات و الشبكات، و فعالية نظم المعلومات الإدارية أثر على إستر اتيجية المؤسسة محل الد را سة |
| Description: | Management information systems have a major role in preparing and supporting the institution’s strategy, as they support the administration in carrying out its various functions from the operational side to the strategic side. The study followed the analytical descriptive approach, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for the study, as it contains (37) statements, distributed to (50) individuals, and based on the outputs of the SPSS program, the study concluded a set of results, most notably:Management information systems have an impact on the strategy of the National Fund for Social Security for Salaried Workers and Mila Agency (i.e. information, data, individuals, hardware, software, communications and networks, and the effectiveness of management information systems has an impact on the strategy of the institution under study). |
