| Abstract: | تناولت الدرا سة دور القيادة الخادمة في زيادة مستوى الالتزا م التنظيمي لدى موظفي الإدارة بالمركز الجامعي عبد الحفيظ بوالصوف ميلة ، كما - أنها سع ت لتحقيق مجموعة من الأهداف تمثلت في التعرف على مستوى القيادة الخادمة في المركز الجامعي عبد الحفيظ بوالصوف ميلة. وتمحورت مشكلة الد را سة في التساؤل الرئيسي: هل تساهم القيادة الخادمة في زيادة مستوى الالتزا م التنظيمي لدى موظفي الإدارة بالمركز الجامعي عبد الحفيظ بو الصوف ميلة اعتمدت الد را سة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي اوالاستبيان كأداة رئيسية للد راسة طبق على عينة عشوائية بسيطة تتكون من ) 150 ( موظف اداري، وتمت معالجة البيانات باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية spss 21 ، وكانت اهم نتائج الد را سة: توافر أبعاد القيادة الخادمة بالمركز الجامعي عبد الحفيظ بالصوف ميلة، للقيادة الخادمة دور إيجابي في زيادة الالتز ا م التنظيمي فكلما زا دت القيادة الخادمة كلما زا د مستوى الالتز ا م التنظيمي |
| Description: | This research aims to explore the relationship between servant leadership and organizational commitment by examining a sample of employees (150) at the AbedelHafid boussouf University Center -Mila.The study started with a main question: Does servant leadership contribute to increasing the level of organizational commitment at the AbedelHafid boussouf University Center -Mila?The data was collected by questionnaire tool, the esearch used a set of analytical methods including (a statistical program (SPSS21). The most important results of the study were: the availability of the dimensions of servant leadership at the AbedelHafid boussouf University Center-Mila. Servant leadership has a positive role in increasing organizational commitment. the more servant leadership, the higher the level of organizational commitment. |
