Abstract: This study aimed to identify the role of transformational leadership in improving the quality of work life of the employees of the municipality of Amira Aras, and the descriptive analytical approach was relied on for this study, where the questionnaire was designed as a means of collecting data that was distributed to the employees of the institution under study, using the data that was distributed to the employees of the institution The subject of the study, using the random sampling method, and displaying and analyzing the data using the spss statistical program. This study also aimed to identify the availability of the dimensions of transformational leadership in the municipality of Amira Aras and to detect the level of quality of work life among employees, with the conclusion of the results of the study. The results of the study revealed the availability of the transformational leadership axis at an average level, that is, with an arithmetic mean of 3.00 in the municipality of Amira Aras, and the availability of the quality of work life axis at an average level, that is, with an arithmetic mean of 3.16. Statistical at a significant level ∝≤0.05 between the dimensions of transformational leadership and the quality of work life for the employees of the municipality of Amira Aras.
