Abstract

This study aims to highlight the role of business intelligence systems as a technique and a method of information technology that provides decision makers and makers with the tools and programs that allow making decisions at the right time and in the right place efficiently and effectively. By taking a sample of industrial and economic institutions in the Setif industrial zon, as a case study, the study also relied on the descriptive approach in the theoretical side and the statistical analytical approach in the applied side of it on the questionnaire، which was considered an essential tool for collecting information، which was analyzed using the SPSS program, where the study found a relationship between systems Business intelligence in its dimensions represented in (data quality, processing quality and information quality), and improving the quality of administrative decisions.
