Abstract: In this applied study, we delved into the topic of the Kaizen strategy and its role in enhancing employee performance at the Pac Mc Manufacturing Company for cosmetic and personal cleaning products located in Mila The study delves into the concept of the Kaizen strategy as one of the factors that assist organizations in their success and in the development of their employees' performance, through a set of stages, principles, and specific determinants of the Kaizen strategy. These are linked to the essential factors for developing employee performance. The study addressed the topic of the Kaizen strategy and its role in developing the performance of the employees of the Pac Mc Company in Mila. This study aims to understand the role of the Kaizen strategy in improving the performance of the employees of Pac Mc, a manufacturer of cosmetics and personal cleaning products, based in Mila. We used a survey to gather primary information, distributing it to 47 employees at the institution under study. Through the analysis of respondent data, Through the analysis of the respondents data, the study came to a set of conclusions, the most important of which is that there is an impact of the Kaizen strategy on the development of the performance of employees working at Pac Mc -Mila -, and made a set of recommendations, the most important of which is that focusing on small and gradual changes in addition to continuous training and development of employees is extremely important in how to apply the principles of the Kaizen strategy, and appreciation and encouragement for employees. who apply these principles can inspire and motivate other employees to apply these suggestions.
