| Abstract: | تهدف هذه الد را سة إلى معرفة أهمية الإبداع والابتكار في الخدمات الصحية لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية، ومن أجل بلوغ هذا الهدف تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وذلك بوصف وتحليل بعض مؤشرا ت الابداع والابتكار في الخدمات الصحية والميزة التنافسية ثم إجرا ء د را سة ميدانية، بالاعتماد على الاستبيان كأدا ة للد را سة وزعت على بعض موظفي المؤسسة الصحية ماسينيسا بمدينة قسنطينة، حيث قدر عدد أفرا د عينة الد را سة 30 مستجوبا، وبعد تحليل النتائج المتوصل إليها تم التوصل إلى أن هناك تأثير ضعيف للإبداع والابتكار ودور ضعيف في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية للمؤسسة الصحية ماسنيسا . |
| Description: | This study aims to know the importance of creativity and innovation in health services to achieve competitive advantage. In order to achieve this goal, the analytical descriptive approach was relied upon, by describing and analyzing some indicators of creativity and innovation in health services and competitive advantage, then conducting a field study, relying on the questionnaire as a tool for the study, which was distributed to some employees of the Masinisa health institution in the city of Constantine, where the number of the study sample was estimated to be 30 respondents. After analyzing the results, it was concluded that there is a weak effect of creativity and innovation, and a weak role in achieving the competitive advantage of the Masinisa Health Institution. |
