| Abstract: | هدفت هذه الد راسة إلى التعرف على أثر المها را ت الناعمة على الأداء المتميز لمؤسسات التعليم العالي من خلال المها ا رت الناعمة بأبعادها الأربعة )الاتصال والتواصل، العمل ضمن الفريق والتفاو ض، القدرة على القيادة واتخاد الق ا ر ا رت، إدارة الوقت وإدارة الازمات( حيث تكون مجتمع الد ا رسة من الأ ساتذة المتواجدين بالمركز الجامعي ميلة، وتم سحب عينة عشوائية من الأساتذة مكونة من 61 فرد، واستخداما ت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع المعلومات،ومن أهم النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها هو وجود علاقة تأثير بين أبعاد ، Spss حيث تم تحليلها بواسطة برنامج 22 المها را ت الناعمة مجتمعة والأداء المتميز لمؤسسات التعليم العالي. ومن أهم التوصيا ت التي خلصت إليها الد را سة هو ضرورة وضع برا مج ودورا ت تدريبية تساهم في تفعيل وتحسين المها را ت الناعمة لدى الطلاب وأساتذة المركز الجامعي عبد الحفيظ بوالصوف ميلة |
| Description: | The aim of this study was to identify the impact of soft skills on the excellent performance of higher education institutions through their four dimensions (communication and interpersonal skills, teamwork and negotiation, leadership and decision-making, time management and crisis management). The study community consisted of professors at the University Center of Mila, and a random sample of 61 professors was drawn. A questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection, which was analyzed using Spss 22 software. One of the most important findings was the existence of a significant relationship between the combined dimensions of soft skills and the excellent performance of higher education institutions. One of the key recommendations of the study is the necessity of developing training programs and courses that contribute to activating and enhancing soft skills among students and professors at the University Center of Abdelhafid Boussouf, Mila. |
