Abstract: The study aimed to findout the trail of emotional intelligence on mitigation work stress among employees in corporation sonaric - ferdjioua unit - mila state, where in theoretical part of this study, we talked obout the concepts and principles of both emotional Intelligence and work stress,in the pradicul part we chose a sample of workers for the study, and the study population consisted of (240) workers,and due to the lack of access to all workers, we distributed the questionnai to the targeted sample, consisting of (148) workers, in a simple random way, and (137) used questionnaires were retrieved, where (11) not answered where invalid for statistical analysis, depending on the analytical descriptive approach, and statistical methods and statistical package program (spss) in extracting the results,our study found a statistically significant trail of emotional intelligence at the level (a≤0.05) in reducing work pressuresb among workers in the sonaric corporation - ferdjioua unit- mila state, and a statistically significant trail of self- awareness, self- regulation, motivation and empathy and social skills at the level (a≤0.05) in relieving work pressures among employees of the sonaric corporation - ferdjioua unit- mila state, aduices the important of which was to continue in bringing the idea of emotional intelligence chose to workres to develop their ablities and improve their performance
