Description: This study aims at investigating the impact of leadership styles on professional stability among administrative employees of the university center Abdelhafid Boussouf- Mila. We tackle the following issue: What is the role of the leadership style adopted by the organization in achieving professional stability for the university’s human resources? In order to reach that goal, we composed the study into theoretical and practical parts. In its theoretical part, the study exposes intellectual concepts related to leadership styles and professional stability. In its practical part, the study is dealing with a field research that was applied at the university center of Mila. Our sample consists of 104 out of 260 employees. The study revealed that there is a prevalent leadership style which is the autocratic style and that the level of professional stability was medium and the free leadership style is the only one that has no statistically significant impact on professional stability. We recommend the necessity of enhancing the democratic leadership style in the university center- Mila due to its positive impact on the professional stability of administrative employees. In addition to looking for suitable factors and atmosphere which lead to increasing their sense of job stability. And thus encouraging it.
