| Abstract: | تهدف هذه الد را سة إلى الوصول إلى التحسين المستمر لجودة المنتجات، اولوقوف على منتجات جديدة وذلك من خلال البحث اولتطوير المستمر، خاصة في ظل التطو رات الدولية القائمة، وللإجابة عن إشكالية الد را سة وتحقيق أهدافها، تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان كأدا ة لجمع المعلومات حيث تم توزيعها على الإطا را ت العاملة في أقسام البحث اولتطوير بمؤسسة سبأ لصناعة الزجاج بالمنطقة الصناعية شلغوم العيد ولاية ميلة، أيضا أقسام التصنيع اولتسويق، وكذلك أقسام أخرى بالمؤسسة، ومن خلال التحليل الإحصائي للبيانات، توصلت الد را سة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها أن قد را ت الإنفاق على البحث ولتطوير تؤثر إيجابا على الأداء الإبداعي للمنتج، أون البحث اولتطوير يساهم في تحسين جودة الإنتاج وخلق منتجات جديدة |
| Description: | This study aims to achieve continuous improvement of the quality of products, and to identify new products through continuous research and development, especially in light of the existing international developments, and to answer the problem of the study and achieve its objectives, the questionnaire was relied on as a tool to collect information, where it was distributed to the tires working in the research and Development Departments of Saba glass industry in the industrial zone Chalghum Al-Eid Mila, as well as manufacturing and marketing departments, as well as other departments of the institution. Through statistical analysis of the data, the study reached a number of findings, the most important of which is that R & D spending capabilities positively affect the creative performance of the product, and that R & D contributes to improving the quality of production and creating new products |
