Abstract: In this applied analytical study, we attempted to address the role of developing negotiation skills in its three dimensions (negotiation techniques and its methods and the development of negotiation skills) in achieving job satisfaction, as the concept of developing negotiation skills was discussed as one of the most important issues for the functioning of the economic institution in order to reach employee satisfaction. This study aims to know the role of developing negotiation skills in achieving job satisfaction in Algeria Telecom – Mila. Statistical SPSS. 26.V) for analyzing data and selecting hypotheses based on various statistical methods. The study also dicated that there is a statistically significant relationship between negotiation skills and job satisfaction.The study recommended the need to work to support and develop negotiation skills in line with the aspirations of employees and contribute to enhancing their positive behaviors as well as their job satisfaction.
