| Abstract: | توصلنا من خلال بحثنا هذا إلى أن أهمية التخطيط الإسترا تيجي للموارد البشرية تكمن في الحصول على الأنواع المناسبة من الموارد البشرية بالأعداد المناسبة لأداء العمل في الوقت المناسب حيث تهدف هذه العملية إلى تحسين استخدام هذه الموارد البشرية بطريقة التي تحقق سياسية إنتاج أكثر بتكاليف أقل، ويعمل على توسيع قاعدة المعلومات الخاصة بالأفرا د وهو ما يعود بالفائدة على جميع أنشطة إدارة الموارد البشرية . وتبين لنا بأن الميزة التنافسية تتمثل في ذلك المفهوم الإسترا تيجي وديناميكي الذي يظهر تفوق المؤسسة مقارنة بالمنافسين في شكل قيمة وتقاس الميزة التنافسية بالاعتماد على مجموعة من المؤشرا ت هي الربحية وتكلفة والتمييز. وهدفت هذه الدرا سة إلى معرفة تأثير التخطيط الإسترا تيجي للموارد البشرية على الميزة التنافسية في مؤسسة سوناريك وحدة – فرجيوة، بالاعتماد على المنهج التحليلي باستخدام برنامج SPSS |
| Description: | Through our research we have found the importance of strategic human resources planning that enables us to obtain. This process aims to improve the use of these human resources in a way that achieves a more oductive policy it expands the individual information base and benefits all of the department’s activities human resources management we found the competitive advantage is that strategic and dynamic concept that show superiority. Enterprise compared to competitors in the form of value measured by competitive advantage based on a set of indicators is profitability. Cost and discrimination. This study was aimed at identifying the impact of strategic human resources planning. On competitive advantages in sonarek virgin unit based on the analytical curriculum using the programme. |
