| Abstract: | هدفت هذه الد را سة إلى التعرف على ضغوط العمل وتأثيرها على أداء الموظفين في المؤسسة، كما تم إسقاط الجانب التطبيقي في معهد العلوم الاقتصادية و التجارية وعلوم التسيير المركز الجامعي عبد الحفيظ بوالصوف ميلة - ، واعتمدنا في هذه الد را سة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في جمع المعطيات والبيانات والمعلومات المتعلقة بالظاهرة موضوع البحث، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدمنا أداة الد را سة توزيع استمارة الاستبيان داخل المعهد ، وفي ختام هذه الد را سة توصلنا إلى أن ضغوط العمل لها أثر على أداء الموظفين. |
| Description: | The objective of this study was to identify the work pressure and its impact on performanceof employees in instution .The practical aspect was also dropped in Institute of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences University Center Abdelhafid Boualsouf - Mila .In this study ,we relied on descriptive analytical methodology in all data and information related to the subject of the study.Including the distribution of the questionnaire from within the Institute.In conclusion of this study ,we concluded that the work pressure has an impact on the performance of employees. |
