| Abstract: | هدفت هذه الد را سة الى تقييم تجرلة التعليم عن بعد بالمركز الجامعي عبد الحفيظ بوالصو ف ميلة على الاداء في مؤسسات التعليم العالي ولتحقيق اهداف الد را سة استخدم المنهج الوفي التحليل وقد تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان لجمع البيانات، والذي طبق على عينة عشوائية قدرت ب 80 أستاذ من المركز الجامعي وتم استعادة 64 استبيان حيح، ولمعالجة البيانات تم استخدام البرنامج الاحصائي للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS نسخة ) 25 ( ، وقد تو لت الد را سة المجموعة من النتائج اهمها : تطبيق نظام التعليم عن بعد ساعد كثيرا في مساعدة الطلبة والأساتذة على اكمال المنهال التعليمي خا ة في ظل انتشار جائحة كورونا ، كما انه سهل الكثير من مهام الاساتذة؛ حيث كشفت جائحة كورونا على حتمية استخدام التحول الرقمي للجامعات وضرورة استخدام ادارة المعرفة؛ نظام التعليم عن بعد يمثل وسيلة مهمة لتحقيق استمرا رية التعليم في الجامعات في حالات الطوار والازمات من خلال قدرتها على توفير بيئة جيدة للتعليم؛ لقد اتاح ان سياسة التعليم عن بعد هي الية مهمة يمكن ان تلعب دو را مهام في دعم الحاوري بالجامعات وتحقيق الاستمرا رية في فترا ت الانقطاع حيث انها تتيح امكانية التوا ل المستمر بين الطالب والجامعة بالتغلب على الحواجز الوقت والمكان ولهذا يجب على دعم وتطوير هذه السياسة. |
| Description: | This study aimed at evaluating the experience of distance education at the University Centre Abdul Hafeez Bouwalwaf - Mila - on performance in higher education institutions and to achieve study objectives. The urriculum used the analysis and the questionnaire was relied upon to collect data which applied to a random sample estimated at 80 professors from the University Center and 64 valid questionnaires were recovered, For data processing, the SPSS Social Science Statistical Program was used as a copy (25), the study found a series of findings, the most important of which were:The introduction of the tele-education system has greatly helped students and professors to complete the curriculum, especially in the light of the spread of the oronavirus pandemic. It has also facilitated many teachers' tasks;The coronavirus pandemic has revealed the imperative of using universities' digital transformation and the need to use knowledge management. - The tele-education system is an important means of achieving the continuity of education at universities in emergency and crisis situations through its ability to provide a good environment for education;It has become clear that tele-education policy is an important mechanism that can play an important role in supporting attendance at universities and achieving continuity in periods of interruption, as it offers the possibility of continuous communication between the student and the university by overcoming the barriers of time and place. |
